With four years of experience in the industry and equipped with a CDL license, Jacob Dalton plays a crucial role in managing our lot operations. One of Jacob's favorite aspects of his job is running equipment. His love for operating machinery drew him to Farmer's Septic, where he found the perfect opportunity to apply his skills and passion.

James Whitley Jr. brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Farmer’s Septic Service team. Before joining us, James spent 12 years as a waterman and 10 years as a painter, honing his skills in hard work and precision. A proud Port Haywood, VA native, James is a dedicated family man, married to his wife Angel for nearly six years, with two wonderful children, James III and Nevaeh Faye.
Outside of work, you can find James enjoying time with his family or catching a football game. He was drawn to a career in septic installation as he sought a secure, rewarding profession to support his children’s future. James values the meticulous attention to detail that Tater and Titus put into every job, ensuring 100% perfection for each client.
